Philadelphia Sound Productions is a authorized Speaker repair facility for most major brands of loudspeakers manufactured for both the professional user and the home consumer.

Note: Most Manufactures offer a limited warranty on all of their products. They have authorized trained facilities such as ours throughout the world. They rely on us to evaluate, service and inform the customers as to the possible cause of failures to a speaker system and how to avoid them in the future. However for warranty service most manufactures require proof of purchase / ownership and date of purchase and the system or product serial number to honor any claims.
Not all failures are covered under warranty and the cause of failure can be determined in the field by our trained staff. Non manufactured failures are not covered by warranty in most cases.
